Welcome to Krakenfy LLC. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction

Krakenfy LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides malware removal, security hardening, and related WordPress support services. These Terms govern your access to and use of our services. By placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

• WordPress malware removal (files, database, and backdoors).

• Reinstallation of WordPress core and plugins when necessary.

• Firewall configuration and security hardening (depending on plan).

• Cleanup reports and optional CDN setup (depending on plan).

We do not provide redesign, performance optimization (except where specified), or unrelated web development tasks under this service.

3. Payments and Refunds

• All payments are processed securely via Stripe before service begins.

• Prices are clearly listed on our website.

• Refunds are only issued under the conditions described in our Warranty Policy (see Section 4).

• Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in denial of future service.

4. Warranty Policy (12h and 24h Guarantee)

We guarantee a complete malware removal within the timeframe of the selected plan:

• Rapid Recovery & Business Shield Plans → cleaned within 24 hours.

• Ultimate Express Plan → cleaned within 12 hours.

Conditions:

• Time begins once valid WordPress admin and, if required, hosting/FTP access have been provided.

• If we fail to deliver within the promised timeframe:

  • You receive a 100% refund, AND

  • We complete the full malware removal at no cost to you.

Exceptions:

• Hosting/server downtime or suspension caused by your provider.

• Missing, invalid, or delayed access credentials.

• Websites excessively large or outside the defined scope (e.g., thousands of pages, heavy custom systems) — in such cases, delivery time will be renegotiated.

5. Post-Service Guarantee

• Business Shield and Ultimate Express plans include a 15-day warranty.

• If malware reappears within this period, we will re-clean your site at no extra cost.

• Guarantee does not cover reinfections caused by:

  • Weak/reused passwords.

  • Uploading new infected plugins/themes after service.

  • Negligent hosting environments.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete access credentials (WordPress admin, FTP/hosting if required).

• Ensure you have backups of your website (we also generate a temporary backup for security).

• Remove the temporary access account once service is completed.

7. Confidentiality and Data Security

• We treat all login credentials as strictly confidential.

• Credentials are only used for the duration of the cleanup service.

• We never share or store sensitive data beyond the scope of the project.

8. Limitations of Liability

• We are not responsible for issues unrelated to malware (e.g., hosting downtime, third-party plugin incompatibility, or unrelated bugs).

• Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount you paid for the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
