KrakenfyThese terms govern the SMS, WhatsApp and voice messaging programs operated by Krakenfy LLC, both for its own communications and on behalf of the client businesses whose numbers it manages.
1. Program description
Once you opt in, you may receive messages related to the inquiry you made: replies from the business, appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-up on your request, and — where your consent explicitly covers it — occasional promotional offers. The specific business sending the messages, and the exact types of message covered, are named in the consent text shown to you at the moment you opt in.
2. How to opt in
You opt in by checking the consent box on a web form, or by sending a message to the business number yourself. The consent box is never pre-checked, and consent is never a condition of purchase — you can always submit a form, request a quote or be served without agreeing to receive messages.
3. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which no further messages will be sent. Reply START to subscribe again.
4. How to get help
Reply HELP to any message, or write to hello@krakenfy.com. The help reply identifies the business and repeats how to unsubscribe.
5. Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your conversation. Message and data rates may apply — these are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us.
6. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device.
7. Calls and automated technology
Where consent covers calls, they may be placed using an automatic telephone dialing system and may use a prerecorded or artificial (AI) voice. Every call identifies the business at the start. Calls may be recorded for quality and record-keeping; when they are, you are told at the beginning of the call and may end it if you do not wish to be recorded.
8. Privacy
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service providers, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
